By accessing or using SpectralBench ("the Service"), provided by LumenMark LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SpectralBench is a free, browser-based spectroscopy toolkit that allows users to view, convert, and analyze spectral data files. All data processing occurs entirely on the client side — no spectral data is uploaded to or stored on our servers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SpectralBench is intended for educational and research purposes. It is not a substitute for professional laboratory analysis, medical diagnostics, or regulatory compliance testing. Do not rely on SpectralBench output for clinical, safety-critical, or regulatory decisions.
SpectralBench and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LumenMark LLC. Your spectral data remains yours — we never access, store, or claim rights to any files you process.
LumenMark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, any errors in spectral analysis, file conversion, or peak identification output.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
